Our story:
more than Spanish
elebe was founded in 2011 by Estefanía López Ballbé with a clear vision: learning Spanish should be much more than memorizing words and grammar. From the very beginning, our goal has been to connect people through language, while also bringing closer the cultures, traditions, and flavors of Spain and Latin America.
Recognized by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection as an adult education institution, our international team works under the motto “Language connects”, a philosophy that guides every class and learning experience.
Over time, we realized something essential: learning a language is not just studying; it’s a tool for traveling, working, and building relationships in an interconnected world. Today, elebe connects its students with the 21 Spanish-speaking countries and more than 500 million native speakers, offering an authentic, dynamic, and personalized learning experience.
Our strength lies in the diversity of our teaching team, made up of professionals from different Spanish-speaking regions with a high academic background. Thanks to them, our students don’t just learn Spanish, they live it, feel it, and experience it.
