International Communication for Tourism and Hotellery
Der Tourismus- und Gastronomiesektor is one of the most international sectors in the world. Staff are in direct contact with guests from different countries and cultures on a daily basis. Language skills are therefore a key factor in service quality, customer satisfaction and professional development.
The ‘Spanish for Tourism, Hotellery and Gastronomy’ course combines the systematic acquisition of Spanish language skills with practical communication scenarios from the fields of tourism, the hotel industry and customer service. It is tailored to the real-world demands of the job market and specifically promotes communication skills, intercultural competence and the professional handling of international guests and customers.
Participants develop their language skills in line with their individual level (A1–C1) and learn to communicate confidently and professionally in Spanish in everyday professional situations. We are a reputable and recognised Spanish language school in Vienna that has been working with the AMS since 2011. We are also listed as an education provider recognised by the WAFF anerkannten Bildungsträger, meaning you may be eligible for a grant. elebe is also ö-cert certified.
Learning objectives
• To develop Spanish language skills in line with the proficiency levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR A1–C1): a language certificate is awarded at the end of each level upon successful completion of the exam.
