With the e-learning Spanish courses, you can learn from the comfort of your own home. With a book and a computer, the elebe team will accompany you on your journey. Flexible and personalised, you decide when to start and from which level: we offer A1 to C1, as well as various in-depth modules.
Funding is available in Austria for distance learning language courses of 16 or 20 hours per week up to a maximum of 12 months every 4 years.

Intensive Online Spanish Course for the Further Training Period (Weiterbildungszeit)
Please note: An agreement with your employer alone is not sufficient. The further training period only comes into effect once the AMS has approved the funding. Learning Spanish must constitute a specific professional qualification that is relevant to your career goals. Further information is available on the AMS website.

Spanish for Professional Purposes, online and intensive
We are a reputable and recognised Spanish language school in Vienna that has been working with the AMS since 2011. We are also listed as an education provider recognised by the WAFF, meaning you may be eligible for a grant. elebe school is also ö-cert certified and is listed in the AMS database. We are familiar with the forms and can adapt to new AMS requirements within a few days. We offer supervised e-learning via a learning platform plus textbook, with 100% online attendance required for the weekly course hours.

Our online Spanish courses meet all the eligibility criteria for continuing professional development within the continuing professional development period.

- A2 – 4 months
- B1 – 5 months
- B2 – 6 months
- C1 – 8 months
- The average weekly course hours are 16 or 20 hours – in the morning or afternoon. This online attendance requirement is monitored without exception.
Learn Spanish online during your further education
- There are fixed online attendance sessions from Monday to Friday in the afternoon from 1 pm to 5 pm.

Cancellation of e-learning courses during the training period
A €95 administration fee applies to any cancellation of enrolment, regardless of the reason. Please note the following: you can only cancel a course that has not yet started. The document ‘Individual Training Plan’, which you receive upon registration, specifies the dates by which you must start the next course.
For example: a person enrols for one year, from 1st October 2026 to 30th September 2027. They should complete levels A1 to B1, with the following start dates:
A1: 1st October 2026; A2: 1st January 2027; B1: 1st May 2027
They may withdraw from levels A2 and B1 by 31st December 2026. In this case, the fee for the months of January to May 2027 will be refunded, less the €95 cancellation fee and the cost of all the books already received (A2–B1).

According to AMS criteria, it is necessary to expressly waive any extension of this course on the registration form. This means that you must complete the course with the allocated lessons within the training period. It is possible to register for a higher level afterwards and thus extend your training period with us.
