    Unlike a traditional cooking course, elebe is a culinary conversation course where cooking, speakig Spanish and fun are combined. We do different types of courses. Please indicate your preference when registering.

    • Modalities:
      • Mixed tapas (vegetarian majority)
      • Cold tapas (summer)
      • Tortilla day (let yourself be surprised by the most popular dish in Spain!)

    Programme

    Our Spanish tapas and paella evenings in Vienna go something like this:

    1. First, we introduce ourselves in our beautiful premises in Vienna. After all, we’ll be spending a few hours together!
    2. Then we learn the names of the kitchen utensils, the ingredients and the recipes for what we’re going to cook.
    3. Then we get to work. Let’s get cooking tapas and paella. In Spanish, of course! Some cut peppers, others wash mussels, others open a few beers…
    4. We set the table and eat and drink together.
    5. Finally, we clear everything away together and the participants go home happy. See you next time!
