The perfect gift for any situation!
Unlike a traditional cooking course, elebe is a culinary conversation course where cooking, speakig Spanish and fun are combined. We do different types of courses. Please indicate your preference when registering.
- Modalities:
- Mixed tapas (vegetarian majority)
- Cold tapas (summer)
- Tortilla day (let yourself be surprised by the most popular dish in Spain!)
Programme
Our Spanish tapas and paella evenings in Vienna go something like this:
- First, we introduce ourselves in our beautiful premises in Vienna. After all, we’ll be spending a few hours together!
- Then we learn the names of the kitchen utensils, the ingredients and the recipes for what we’re going to cook.
- Then we get to work. Let’s get cooking tapas and paella. In Spanish, of course! Some cut peppers, others wash mussels, others open a few beers…
- We set the table and eat and drink together.
- Finally, we clear everything away together and the participants go home happy. See you next time!
